Recently, I met with Sue-Ellan and Marino Vasilou, founders of the Little Legs Foundation, at the Cure Café in South Hurstville.
In 2017, their daughter Alegra lost her battle with brain cancer – she was just six years old.
Her family pledged to help raise awareness and aid in the fight to find a cure for childhood brain cancer.
Every year since they have worked with more than 100 cafes across Sydney to host Coffee for a Cure to raise awareness for childhood brain cancer.
