The former Liberal Government refused to install these crucial right hand turning arrows despite our communities constant advocacy.

I am proud that under my Government, we are finally able to get this done.

These right hand turn arrows will be installed coming out of Terry St both southbound and northbound onto King Georges Road. 

We will also be adding new lighting and improving existing lighting on the northern side of the intersection making it safer for pedestrians using our local roads.

The new traffic signals will be in operation before Christmas and the lighting upgrade will be installed by mid-2026.

I know there is much more to do, but my Government will keep working hard to deliver what is important to our community.
